Three days and counting.

Countdown!

OK, three more sleeps and we're off. Hard to believe but it's here. Fonzie is at his new home already. He didn't enjoy the ride over, but seemed to like exploring his new surroundings. Cleanup is progressing alongside all the family gatherings…(only one to go). Katy has two more hockey games. The fridge is almost barren, as are the cupboards. Weather forecast for Monday in Cape Town is 25C. That will do fine. We've been enjoying the weather in Winnipeg at -4C the last few days though, skating as much as we can since it'll be a while before we can lace the blades again.

And speaking of hockey how about the Manitoba contribution to the Canadian Junior hockey team? Helm and Toews with two goals each! Thanks goodness for tsn.ca streaming the games, I'll try to find internet when we land.
