School is done for the kids, at least for a week. Then back to the books. What luck for them...good thing they enjoy school so much. The report cards came back and both of them passed their grade....with flying colours. They both were exceptional and the teachers pegged as them as tops in their respective classes. It was probably tougher for me than for the kids to leave the schools today as we've had positive experiences at both and I've made some great friends especially at Rondebosch. But those things happen.
TOmorrow I hope to finish up the car sale, Katy is off to a birthday party, and Henry and I will sing at the Senior's Christmas party at church. They must be hard up for talent.
We went to Paarl one last time yesterday and stopped at a really great vinyard on the way back. The wine was fantastic and we're bringing some back. Harry had a slight ankle sprain and now he's laid up for a bit. Hopefully back on his feet soon.
