School is out for the week. Oil refinery staff are back to work. Seems like much ado about nothing. Media scares the people into lining up and stockpiling the gasoline.
Carla made another few trips this week for interviews, she is all but done her quota. We went to Lentegeur in Mitchell's Plain on Monday and then Sun Valley near Noordhoek on Tuesday. These pictures are from the beach in Kommetje (pronounced Comet key).
We're up for a hike with friends tomorrow morning before it clouds over again and maybe to the West Coast National park on Friday to see the amazing flowers in bloom. That should be stunning. We will celebrate Katy's birthday on Saturday though she is having her party on the following Saturday due to scheduling at the bowling lanes.
