What a weekend...it went from hot to cold and busy to ...not busy. Well that is ok. Katy ended up going to Jane's house for a sleepover, makeover, pizzaover, etc...she had a great time. They stayed up late, went shopping at the mall, had lunch and had a ball. Henry's rugby was a great time too. We travelled about fifteen minutes to a private school in Tokai called Reddam. Here Rondebosch took it to the Reddam kids. Actually it was quite close but I think we won, nobody kept score. Click the picture of Henry and Jack for more. It was nice to talk to all the parents and we got another couple of offers for weekend getaways. It seems like everyone has a weekend retreat somewhere and would like us to use it for a weekend. That is not hard for us to take. We will try to be accomodating.
We had our friends from the fourth floor over for soup on Sunday night and they brought meat buns filled with swordfish...this was great...and tasty.
It's cool here today, about 13 with rain and very gusty wind. We are expecting to warm up next week when we travel to Durban for a short holiday. That is quite a way up the eastern seaboard on the Indian ocean. We expect to see many rhino at Hluhluhe Park which has the greatest population in the world of white rhino.
